HOW TO JOIN

A minimum savings deposit of $5.00 is required to open an account.  It’s the best $5.00 investment you’ll ever make!  Morton Salt Credit Union has the policy “Once a member, always a member.”  This means that once you join Morton Salt Credit Union you can keep your membership even if you leave your current employer.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens and account.

When you open an account, we will ask for:

• Your legal name
• Address
• Date of birth
• Your driver’s license or other identifying objects.
• Other information that will allow us to identify you.
